The 11th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) has reached its final super weekend and the second game this Saturday will be played between Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in Hyderabad. It will be a virtual do-or-die game for KKR as a loss here will demean their chances of qualifying for the playoffs of IPL 2018 as the result of the other matches as they are having six wins under their belt after first 13 matches. Both the teams had a contrasting journey so far as SRH is standing at the top position at the table, while KKR is at the fourth in the IPL 2018 points table. The last time these two locked horns with each other, SRH had defeated KKR comfortably in a low-scoring encounter. However, there is no doubt about the fact that both the teams do have proven match-winners in their respective squads who can single-handedly take the game away from any opposition. Let us have a look at the Players to watch out for fantasy sites for SRH vs KKR.
1) Rashid Khan
Afghani leg-spinner Rashid Khan started off the IPL in a quiet fashion. In the game against DD, from picking up wickets of two crucial batsmen to bowling at a spectacular economy rate, Rashid Khan delivered another game-changing performance. He finished the game with the bowling figures of 4-0-23-2. In the season so far he has picked 16 scalps in 13 games. Even in the last game against RCB, he bagged the prized scalps of Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, and Moeen Ali.
2) Kane Williamson
If David Warner was playing this season, Kane Williamson would not have even played in the playing XI. With Warner disallowed, Williamson was named as the captain and the man has marshaled the best bowling attack in the tournament wonderfully. His batting has also been the savior for SRH and has played a crucial role in almost every match. In the 13 matches so far, he has scored 625 runs in 13 innings with an average of 62.5. He has scored eight fifties so far.
3) Andre Russell
Coming in to bat at No. 4 against KXIP, Andre Russell thumped some fierce blows to score 31 (14) with the help of two fours and three sixes. He also shared a76-run partnership, which came off 31 balls with Dinesh Karthik. In the second innings, he dismissed Chris Gayle and Mayank Agarwal on successive deliveries to pin down the opposition in the powerplay. With bowling figures of 4-0-41-3, he was the pick of the bowlers for his team. SRH has to stop this storm.
4) Dinesh Karthik
In the game against KXIP, Dinesh Karthik raced his way to his fastest IPL half-century (off 22 balls). He entered the ground at No. 5 in the 12th over and on the second ball that he faced, Dinesh hit a four through the third-man region off Axar Patel. It was at this point in time that Karthik and Andre Russell stitched a 76-run partnership, which came off 31 balls and strengthened Knight Riders’ position further in the match. On the penultimate delivery of the penultimate over, with a single through point off Andre Russell, Karthik brought up his first half-century of the season.
