IPL 2018 : Players to watch out for fantasy sites for RR vs CSK

The 11th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) has entered its final stages as in next 10 days or so the league stages will be finished and the much-awaited playoffs will be commenced. However, the next match of the league stages will be played between the two teams which had a pretty contrasting journey so far in the ongoing season of IPL, Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in Rajasthan. The game will be a do-or-die one for the hosts, whereas a win here for CSK will help them to enter the playoffs with ease. In the last game between them in Pune, the hosts crushed the visitors dominatingly. Despite the fact that both the teams have had a contrasting journey so far in IPL 2018, RR and CSK do have a bunch of proven match winners in the respective squads. Let us have a look at the Players to watch out for fantasy sites for RR vs CSK.

1) Jos Buttler

The fastest century scorer of England, Jos Buttler had batted marvelously well for Mumbai Indians in the last season, this year a lot was expected from him by the Rajasthan Royals. The wicketkeeper-batsman disappointed at first. In the first seven matches, Buttler scored only 120 runs without any powerful innings. In the rain-shortened game against Delhi Daredevils, he was sent to open and he just exploded. Even in the last match against KXIP, he scored his 51 tuns in no time and single-handedly raised a good score for RR. In the return fixture, he slammed 82 runs and made sure RR had a defendable total.

2) K Gowtham

The story of the off-spin all-rounder from Karnataka is very interesting. The 29-year old, K Gowtham was contracted by Mumbai Indians in the last year of the IPL. He was made to warm the bench throughout the season and did not play even a single match for Mumbai. In the match against Mumbai, Gowtham came out to bat against his old franchise. RR needed 42 runs from 18 balls and had lost three quick wickets. KG slammed an 11-ball 33* to knock Mumbai out of the match. Since then he has not managed to bat in the same vein.

3) Ravindra Jadeja

In the last game against RCB, Ravindra Jadeja found his mojo back as it wouldn’t be wrong to say that he was at his best in that match with the ball in hand in this season of the IPL. From dismissing Virat Kohli (8) on the first ball that he bowled to getting rid of Mandeep Singh (7) and Parthiv Patel (53), Jadeja was at the top of his game. Adjourned as the ‘Man of the Match’, he registered bowling figures of 4-0-18-3.

4) Ambati Rayudu

Ambati Rayudu has been consistent for CSK this year. Rayudu till now has scored 423 runs at an unbelievable strike rate of 151. In just ten innings, he has smacked 39 fours and 22 sixes. In this season, Rayudu has also recorded his highest individual IPL score of 82. Unfortunately, he has been run out in three of the matches. RR will have to be careful with this man-in-form.

5) MS Dhoni

Thala MS Dhoni has found his 10-year old form. He is striking the ball cleanly than ever and is also appearing physically fitter than ever. In the late stages for Chennai, he has been critical and he is hitting the ball very hard. So far in the 2018 season, Dhoni has scored 360 runs in the 10 matches with an impressive strike rate of 166. He has hit 27 sixes so far to go along 19 fours. This is the highest number of sixes MSD has smacked in a single season.
